개인정보처리방침

일산자이더헤리티지점(이하 “운영자”)는 아소비 일산자이더헤리티지 자료 DM(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.

1. 서비스 개요

서비스는 Meta의 Instagram API를 이용합니다. 운영자의 Instagram 프로페셔널 계정(@ilsanxi_asobi) 게시물·릴스에 댓글을 남긴 이용자에게 DM을 보내고, 이용자가 요청하면 자료(예: Google Drive 공유 링크)를 DM으로 전달합니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

• Instagram 사용자 이름(username), Instagram 범위 지정 ID(IGSID·사용자 ID)
• 이용자가 운영자 게시물에 작성한 댓글 내용과 댓글 ID, 작성 시각
• 이용자가 운영자 계정에 보낸 DM 중 서비스 버튼 응답 및 요청 키워드
• 이용자가 운영자 계정을 팔로우하는지 여부(true/false)
• 자료 발송 일시 및 처리 결과 기록

서비스는 이용자의 비밀번호, 연락처, 게시물, 사진, 팔로워 목록 등 위에 적지 않은 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

3. 처리 목적

• 댓글을 남긴 이용자에게 자료 안내 DM 발송
• 자료 제공 조건(팔로우 여부) 확인 및 자료 링크 전달
• 같은 이용자에게 중복 발송 방지, 오류 확인 및 부정 이용 방지

수집한 정보는 광고, 마케팅 메시지 발송, 프로파일링, 제3자 판매에 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 보유 및 이용 기간

• 댓글·발송 기록: 수집일로부터 90일 보관 후 삭제합니다. 캠페인을 삭제하면 관련 기록도 즉시 삭제합니다.
• 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 운영자 계정의 접근 토큰: 계정 연결을 해제하거나 앱 권한을 철회하면 즉시 폐기합니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스는 Instagram 플랫폼 위에서 동작하므로 메시지 송수신은 Meta Platforms, Inc.를 통해 이루어집니다. Meta의 처리 방식은 Instagram 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 서비스 데이터는 운영자가 직접 관리하는 서버(대한민국 소재)에 저장합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 삭제 요청 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 개인정보의 파기

보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적을 달성한 개인정보는 데이터베이스에서 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 즉시 삭제합니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간은 HTTPS(TLS)로 암호화합니다. Meta에서 오는 요청은 서명(X-Hub-Signature-256)을 검증합니다. 관리자 화면에는 비밀번호로 접근을 제한하고, 접근 토큰은 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.

10. 방침 변경

이 방침을 변경하면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 공지합니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

This Privacy Policy explains how 일산자이더헤리티지점 (“we”) handles personal information in 아소비 일산자이더헤리티지 자료 DM (the “Service”).

1. What the Service does

The Service uses Meta's Instagram API. When someone comments on a post or reel of our Instagram professional account (@ilsanxi_asobi), the Service sends that person a private reply by DM. If they ask for it, the Service then sends them the requested resource link (for example, a Google Drive share link).

2. Information we process

• Instagram username and Instagram-scoped user ID (IGSID)
• The text, ID and timestamp of comments left on our posts
• Button taps and request keywords in DMs sent to our account
• Whether the user follows our account (true/false)
• Delivery timestamps and processing results

We do not collect passwords, contact details, the user's own media, follower lists, or any other data not listed above.

3. How we use it

We use this information only to reply to the user's comment, check the follow condition, deliver the requested link, prevent duplicate messages, and troubleshoot errors. We never use it for advertising, unsolicited marketing or profiling, and we never sell it.

4. Retention

Comment and delivery records are deleted 90 days after collection, or sooner if the user asks. Our account's access token is destroyed as soon as we disconnect the account or permission is revoked.

5. Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties. Messages are sent and received through Meta Platforms, Inc. under the Instagram Privacy Policy. Service data is stored on a server we operate in the Republic of Korea.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data. Send “delete my data” to our Instagram account by DM, or email ratuneet@gmail.com. See the Data Deletion Instructions for details.

7. Security

We encrypt all traffic with HTTPS/TLS, verify the signature of every Meta webhook request, protect the admin console with a password, and never expose access tokens.
